I’m sorry to read that you were not satisfied with your treatment.

At the start of the appointment, several of your nails were already damaged and unevenly torn. I did everything that was possible and appropriate during the treatment: I trimmed and treated the nails, cared for the cuticles, removed calluses, applied a specialised product to support nail health, and treated the feet.

The treatment was prepaid through Treatwell. After the appointment, you left without mentioning any concerns. If something is not to your satisfaction, I would much prefer to hear it in the salon so it can be discussed immediately, rather than afterwards in a review.

I am a medically trained pedicurist. My treatments focus on the health and condition of the feet and nails. It is possible that you were expecting a more cosmetic pedicure, but that is not the focus of my practice.

My salon has been established for more than 30 years, and many of my clients have been coming to me for years. For that reason, I stand behind the treatment I provided. Given the condition of your feet and nails, I did what was possible and professionally responsible.
